PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a signal cable for connecting a control element and a scan head without using extra parts in a three-dimensional photographing device. SOLUTION: A junction terminal 31 for connecting the scan head 13 and the control element 2 is installed on the periphery of a measuring table 11, and the signal cable 30 for connecting the scan head 13 and the junction terminal 31 is drawn relative to an annular space between the measuring table 11 and a rail 12. Hereby, the extra parts such as a guide cover or the like for protecting the signal cable 30 used in a conventional example is not required to be used.
