PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress vibration due to pulsation pressure of a fuel pipe system including a fuel outflow passage extended from a filter device, in the filter device having a relief passage provided with a relief valve and a pressure regulator. SOLUTION: A filter 2 is arranged within a filter case 1, a first chamber A is formed at the inside of the filter 2 and a second chamber B is sectioned and formed by an outer periphery 2A of the filter 2 and an inner periphery 1C of the filter case 1. The fuel inflow passage 4 is opened within the first chamber A. The first fuel discharge passage 5 and the relief passage 6 provided with the relief valve V are opened within the second chamber B. An opening part 5A of the first fuel discharge passage 5 into the second chamber B and an opening part 6A of the relief passage 6 into the second chamber B are arranged by being substantially orthogonally crossed without being faced.
