PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in a pipe disposed in a body of a produced refrigerant compressor wherein a rubber stopper causes easy pulling out during storing, by aging in a case having pin forced into the rubber stopper in a conventional sealing structure, whose press fitting part is cylindrical or in a case that a screw is forced into the rubber stopper, a thread damages the rubber stopper and the screw is hardly removed from the rubber stopper in using the compressor to make sorting and disposal difficult. SOLUTION: In a structure, an opening of the pipe 2 is sealed with the rubber stopper 12 inserted into it and a rivet 8 is forced in so as to expand a stopper part 12a of the rubber stopper, the tip of the press fitting part 8a of the rivet has a narrow shape and a narrow diameter part 8e is disposed in the press fitting part 8a in front of the narrow shape to lock the rivet 8, and therefore the opening of the pipe 2 can be sealed for a long time to prevent moisture intrusion from the outside.
