SOLUTION: The L-shaped retaining wall 1 made of concrete has a base part 11 and a wall part 12. In the concrete-made L-shaped retaining wall 1 having a substantially L-shaped section, the base part 1 has a through hole 11c penetrating the top face 11a and the lower face of the base part 11, and a projecting part 14 at the forward end part 11d remote from the wall part 12 of the base part 11 on the lower surface side of the base part 11, which is provided along the forward end part 11d.
