PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize rigid polyurethane foam waste material while water resistance of a wood board obtained by adding adhesives to a wood powder and a wood piece is improved. SOLUTION: A core stuff material for front layer is formed by adding adhesives to a mixed body of wood powder chip or wood piece chip and urethane powder or by adding adhesives to wood material containing urethane powder wherein wood powder chip and the urethane powder are mixed. A core suff material for central core is formed by adding adhesives to the wood material of wood piece chip or the wood material containing urethane powder wherein the wood piece chip and urethane powder are mixed. After successively accumulating the core stuff material for front layer, the central core layer core stuff material and the core stuff material for front layer, they are integrated by pressure molding to obtain a waterproof board.
