PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin fender hard to generate a weld line at the almost central part in the width direction of the leading end of the resin fender, and a method for manufacturing the resin fender. SOLUTION: A molten resin is allowed to flow in a cavity 21 from the position of the cavity corresponding to the central part in the longitudinal direction of the resin fender 1 and divided toward the respective parts corresponding to both lateral edges of the resin fender 1 so as to flow along the longitudinal direction. One of the divided flows of the molten resin is delayed and, when this flow and the other flow of the molten resin flowing in the same direction are allowed to meet with each other at the part corresponding to the leading end of the resin fender 1, the confluent position is shifted along the outer edge of the part corresponding to the leading end of the resin fender 1 from the almost central position in the width direction of the part corresponding to the leading end thereof to allow both flows to meet with each other.
