PURPOSE: A signal processing apparatus is provided to reduce size of the apparatus by arranging transmission lines and dielectric member into a single housing, while minimizing intermodulation distortion. CONSTITUTION: A signal processing apparatus comprises a housing(11) having, at an upper surface thereof, a plurality of concentric circles(11a) and at a lower surface thereof, an open portion; a shield plate(12) for closing the open portion of the housing; input and output connectors(21 to 28,31 to 38) penetrated from the outer periphery toward the interior of the housing; a first circuit board(13) mounted into the open portion of the housing, and which has a transmission line(13a) for electrically connecting the input connectors and output connectors; a plurality of second circuit boards(14) inserted into the concentric circles formed at the housing, wherein each of the second circuit board has an arc-shaped transmission line; a conductive pin(15) for electrifying the transmission line of the first circuit board and the transmission line of the second circuit board; a rotor(16) installed onto the second circuit board, and which has a rotating shaft(16a) arranged at the center of the rotor; dielectric members(17,17') attached to the outer bottom surface of the rotor, and which vary an electrical length of the transmission line of the second circuit board in accordance with the rotation of the rotor; and a cover(18) installed onto the housing, and which has a through hole(18a) for insertion of the rotating shaft of the rotor.
