PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide delivery support technique capable of providing high convenience property. SOLUTION: A delivery support server 100 acquires a mail address of a receiver in a receiver information acquisition part 120 and transmits delivery schedule date to the mail address of the receiver in an informing part 170. When desired delivery date is transmitted from the receiver, a desired delivery date acquisition part 130 updates delivery information database 180. A path calculation part 150 calculates a proper path of a person in charge of delivery based on the desired delivery date. A delivery schedule date calculation part 160 calculates more detailed delivery schedule date based on the calculated delivery path. The delivery schedule date is informed to the receiver by the informing part 170.
