<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning technique for a flue gas from factories enabling to produce value added products by utilizing the flue gas, thus capable of converting the act of restraining flue gas to a profitable business. SOLUTION: A molding is obtained by pulverizing and mixing silicious raw material, volcanic ash soil, diatomaceous earth, clay, or the like, with slaked lime as the principal raw material. Charging the molding into a curing and aging space provided for introducing the flue gas from factories to react the slaked lime contained in the molding with carbon dioxide, or the like, in the flue gas, calcium carbonate is produced, and at the same time, the flue gas is cleaned. Further, unreacted flue gas in the curing and aging space is introduced into a flue gas cleaning room provided with a spray unit of slaked lime slurry, and the residual carbon dioxide, or the like, in the flue gas is adsorbed by spraying the slurry. Produced calcium carbonate is recycled for raw material of the molding enabling to reduce raw material cost. Thus, a low cost, high value added ceramic environmental cleaning material can be produced.</p> |
