PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating coil capable of easily heating a part to be heated of a work at a predetermined annealing temperature, etc. SOLUTION: In the heating coil having a conductor of the shape corresponding to the shape of the part to be heated of the work which heats the work by passing high frequency current in the conductor, a temperature adjusting means formed of a non-magnetic material is provided on a predetermined part of the conductor to control the heating temperature of the part to be heated of the work at predetermined temperature. The conductor has a substantially semi-circular coil part, the temperature adjusting means is provided on the side located on the base part side along the axial direction of a substantially columnar work of the coil part, or the temperature adjusting means is formed of silicon steel plate, and fixed to the side. In addition, a projecting bar projecting in the direction of the outer circumferential surface of the substantially columnar work is provided on an inner circumferential surface of the coil part.
