<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for assembling and regulating a variable-capacity turbine, which simplify assembling and regulating operations of an adjustable nozzle mechanism to thereby reduce the number of operations and the assembling and regulating costs, which makes it possible to set nozzle blades of the adjustable nozzle mechanism highly precisely without being influenced by a degree of precision in size of a component member of the nozzle blade, a ring assembly or the like, and which can regulate the adjustable nozzle mechanism as occasion demands even after assembling the turbine. SOLUTION: The adjustable nozzle mechanism of the variable-capacity turbine is characterized in that a plurality of the nozzle blades are made in contact with one another in a fully closed state so as to be temporarily fixed by being fastened by means of a detachable binder member such as a belt from the outer peripheral side of each nozzle blade, and, under the condition that the nozzle blades are fully closed and temporarily fixed, a nozzle pin which is fixedly attached to the nozzle blade and rotatably supported by the nozzle mount, is secured to a lever plate constituting a connecting portion of the ring means by caulking or the like.</p> |
