PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inside fitting joint for connecting a main pipe or a branch pipe to a side hole of an existing or new manhole without danger in works at low cost and in a short term of works. SOLUTION: This inside fitting joint for connecting the main pipe or the branch pipe to a side hole provided in the existing or new manhole, a culvert or the main pipe is formed by a metal plate having a circular hole having the substantially same shape as the side hole and internally fitted to the inner surface of a part of the side hole. The circular hole of the metal plate is provided with a metal cylinder fitted outward by welding with an inclination allowed in a range of 50 degrees vertically and laterally depending on the field status.
