PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a uniform transfer against a three-dimensional transferred item having a three-dimensional curved surface to be attained under application of a transferring method and a transferring device for a transfer foil. SOLUTION: A transfer layer from a transfer foil is transferred onto a transferred item 3 while a transfer pressure of a heat transfer roller 53 is being controlled. There is provided a transfer device for transferring the transfer layer from the transfer foil to a surface of the transferred item 3. There are provided at least the heat transfer roller 53 and a pressing means 50 having a controlling function for controlling a transfer pressure of the heat transfer roller 53.
