PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce variance in the quantity of read light. SOLUTION: An image pickup base 37 is composed of a base part 38, a movement part 39 and a support part 40. A light source unit 32 and a film carrier 33 are fixed to the base 51, the base 51 is fitted to the base part 38. The movement part 39 is fitted with an image pickup unit 36. The base 51 fitted with the light source unit 32 and the film carrier 33 can be moved to the image pickup unit 36, so shading and variance in light quantity become less when the quantity of light is adjusted.
