PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a sheet for sticking receipts or the like which makes it possible to know the total amount when the receipts are stuck thereon, and to provide a file for which the sheet is used as application. SOLUTION: When the receipts are stuck to an amount scale table (2) with the upper ends thereof made to conform to the heights of the divisions of a scale for amounts of money, the receipts themselves form the shape of a bar of a bar graph and show the total amount. From the sheet thus constituted, the total amount of payment separated for each item of expenditure can be known, and the remainder is known by indicating an estimate of each item of the expenditure with a point seal (11). The income and expenditure of the whole household economy can be known by the file composed of the sheets in a plurality combined.
