METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING PARTITION OF PANEL FOR PLASMA DISPLAY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a partition of a panel for a plasma display capable of forming a high precision large area partition using light sensitive glass powder. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the partition of panel for plasma display comprises; a step for preparing the light sensitive glass powder by pulverizing light sensitive glass into fine powder: a step of filling the light sensitive glass powder into a predetermined mold; a step for exposing the light sensitive glass powder while aligning a mask pattern on the light sensitive glass powder; a step for heat treating the light sensitive glass powder so as to form a crystal phase in either of exposed part and non-exposed part in the light sensitive glass powder; a step for forming the partition by etching a part in which the crystal phase is formed.
