PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to readily grasp the contents of data (data values and states) about balances or the like which are stored in a non-contact IC module provided in a wristwatch device having a communication function. SOLUTION: A watch control part 14 of a watch module 10 transmits to the non-contact IC module 60 a command for checking data about balances or the like, every checking cycle time TSP, and receives the data stored on a card 60. When the value of the data received (e.g. remainders) is equal to or less than a predetermined value, a second hand is operated irregularly in a manner different from normal operation. Thus, the user can easily grasp the contents of the data (e.g., insufficient remainder).
