PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal device preventing elution of metal or impurity from a reflection layer into a liquid crystal and migration and corrosion of a metal wiring layer and a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: A first electrode consisting of a foundation layer 111a, a reflection layer 111b and a transparent electrode 111c is formed on a surface of a first substrate 110. Here, the transparent electrode 111c is an amorphous transparent conductive body formed with sputtering which uses an indium-tin alloy. |
