PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a corrosion inhibitor which can keep an adequate stability through storing or using for a long time, and has both a film forming function and a neutralizing function for inhibiting metal corrosion due to water content. SOLUTION: The corrosion inhibitor is an aqueous emulsion for inhibiting metal corrosion due to water content, and includes a long-chain aliphatic-amine compound with a carbon number of 10-24, an aliphatic amino-alcohol based compound, and a surface active agent containing fatty acid ester of polyoxyalkylene sorbitan as a main component.
