PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition which harmoniously excels in not only mechanical properties represented by modulus but also flowability, vibration-damping properties and the like. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition can be obtained by melt kneading (a) 100 pts.wt. thermoplastic resin excluding a polyphenylene sulfide resin with (b) 0.1-30 pts.wt. aromatic compound having a specific structure.
