PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To house a disc such that a disc housing unit and the paper of a book are integrated and a place housing the disc will not become thick in a shape isolated from the paper of the book while having a uniform thickness as the whole of the book when a disc having image information or auditory information are to be housed in the combined book. SOLUTION: In a combined book for housing the disc A, in which a plurality of pages of paper 4 are bonded by an adhesive agent to the inner surface of a back cover for the combined book consisting of a front cover 1, a rear cover 2 and the back cover 3, the side surface of the front cover 1 is constituted of a disc housing section 5 consisting of a housing recess 51 capable of housing the disc A so as to be flush with the same or lower, a retaining projection 52 for retaining the penetrating hole (a) for mounting the disc A projected into the housing recess 51, and a rim part 53 provided on the periphery of the housing recess 51.
