PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated film which enables obtaining of a higher resolution than does a conventional laminated film when exposed to light and shows the easy follow-up behavior of a transfer layer tot irregularities on the surface of a substrate to be laminated. SOLUTION: This laminated film has a photosensitive layer 12 bonded to one side of a flexible support layer and a coat layer 13 bonded to the surface of the photosensitive layer 12. Further, the adhesive force between the support layer and the photosensitive layer 12 is reduced compared to the adhesive force between the coat layer 13 and the photosensitive layer 12 and the transfer layer to be transferred to an object for lamination is composed of the coat layer 13 and the photosensitive layer 12.
