PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet capable of effectively bringing about a thickness feeling or a three-dimensional feeling when a surface pressure-sensitive adhesive matter such as a metal foil or the like is bonded to a sheet becoming base cloth such as a fabric or the like and a surface pressure-sensitive adhesive matter tacky sheet wherein the surface pressure-sensitive adhesive matter such as the metal foil or the like is bonded to the surface pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet. SOLUTION: The surface pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is a sheet wherein raised fibers are formed by flocky processing or the pile structure of a knitted fabric and comprise binder fibers having a binder component. The surface pressure-sensitive adhesive matter tacky sheet is constitued by bonding the surface pressure-sensitive adhesive matter such as the metal foil to the surface of the surface pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet by the binder component of raised fibers.
