PURPOSE: A cover structure of a CD auto-changer is provided to conveniently open/close a cover by forming the cover structure of the CD auto-changer in a door type. CONSTITUTION: A cover structure includes a cover(10) having a rectangular plate shape. A hinge device is provided at one end of a quarter trim. A locking device(30) is provided at the other end of the quarter trim such that the locking device(30) is opened about the hinge device. The locking device(30) has a handle(31), a supporting portion and a restraining portion. The hinge device is formed at one side thereof with a protrusion(11). A concave hole is formed in the quarter trim. A cylindrical stopper is formed at a bottom of the cover(10) so as to limit a rotational angle of the restraining portion.
