PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shred a used master paper sheet with confidentiality digitally printed by a simplified printing machine with oil-based ink or the like, soft films or the like. SOLUTION: Unnecessary paper sheet is input into the paper sheet shredder from an inlet and is shredded by a pair of cutter parts arranged long from side to side. A means for supplying auxiliary paper material for carrying unnecessary paper is provided in the inlet side of the paper sheet shredder. The used soft paper sheet, soft film or the like is sandwiched by the auxiliary paper material and is compressed, and then is shredded.
