PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that it is not sure which of a moving element or an article moves from a monitor picture when the moving element moving with clipping a heavy article slips, in a device shooting a manipulator by a video camera provided on the moving element and indicating that in a monitor installed near an operator in a remote place to operate the manipulator when operating the manipulator loaded on the moving element from a remote point. SOLUTION: In a monitor screen 2 seen by the operator, an image fixed regardless of movement of the moving element and based on absolute coordinates is indicated while superimposing on actual shot picture 1 of the manipulator. A grid or a computer graphics image of the manipulator base on a manipulator position just before detecting a slip of the moving element is indicated as the image. The operator can easily know which of the moving element or a clipped article moves by seeing the image that becomes a standard.
