PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding robot teaching device equipped with a teaching device capable of safely and promptly teaching so as to solve problems of damaging a welded article and welding wire and increasing a danger as teaching nearby the welding robot in welding robot teaching work. SOLUTION: This welding robot teaching device is provided with a teaching optical mechanism composed of a switch switching on/off a light source by a battery equipped in a battery holder and a condensing lens obtaining a focus position by gathering light emitted from the light source at a required position.
