PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that dust collection property is low in a system for driving a rotary belt by sliding friction between a main drum and the rotary belt since the rotary belt is partially floated on the main drum or the rotary belt is twisted or meander with respect to the main drum and stable rotations are disabled. SOLUTION: Engagement parts 33 to be engaged with rugged parts 32 provided over all the periphery on the rear side of a rotary belt 18 are provided on both the axial terminal parts of a rotary shaft body 26 to be driven by a motor 8 and a rotary driving power is transmitted from the rotary shaft body 26 to the engagement parts 33 by engagement between the engagement parts 33 of the rotary shaft body 26 and the rugged parts 32 of the rotary belt 18. Thus, the load to the rotary belt 18 caused by the sliding friction between a dust scrape-up part 10 and a surface to be cleaned is reduced, slipping or meandering between the rotary belt 18 and the rotary shaft body 26 can be prevented and dust collection property is secured.
