PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frozen dessert production system that allows for reducing the space for setting a display for showing the action mode of a sauce force feed unit and cutting the number of parts. SOLUTION: This frozen dessert production system includes a chilling cylinder for producing a frozen dessert, a removing path for extracting the frozen dessert from the chilling cylinder therethrough, a plunger functioning to control extracting the frozen dessert through opening/closing the path, sauce containers each stored with fluid topping sauce, and a sauce force feed unit for force-feeding the sauce from the sauce container to the exit of the removing path, wherein the sauce force feed unit includes a control unit functioning to control force-feed the sauce, and the control unit, in turn, has LEDs 101-103 capable of lighting in a plurality of colors, thus functions to light the LEDs in different colors according to the action mode of the sauce force feed unit.
