SOLUTION: A bisected type counter 1 constituted by attaching a lower cover 5 from the downside to a top panel part 2, the deep side of the lower cover 5 to be hidden is fixed to a fitting metal 13 fixed on a wall surface with a screw 15, and the front side 6 is engaged with the top panel part 2 through an engaging piece 10.
