PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a livestock management system which can ensure a statistical understanding of the deposition of fat in lean and thus help feeding management of livestock. SOLUTION: Livestock scales 10 measure a percent of body fat and the like of cattle bred in a stock farm. Feeding data such as the measured percent of body fat are collected in and stored as a feeding database in a data management server 40. The feeding database also records about feed given to the cattle, and the quality of meat. The feeding database includes the percent of body fat as the feeding data, so that even an unskilled stockbreeder can quantitatively understand the percent of body fat as an index of the deposition of fat in lean even while, the cattle is alive, and can thereby perform feeding management of the cattle according to the understood percent of body fat. |
