PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new kind of microorganism having soil disease (preventing) effect even in the presence of an agrochemical such as thiuram, metalaxyl, benomyl or captan, to provide culture soil containing the microorgan ism, and to provide a raising seedling method. SOLUTION: The objective culture soil is obtained by adding a culture microorganismal liquid of actiomyces Streptomyces rochei ss. rochei A13 to field soil or raising seedling culture soil. The other objective raising seedling method involves sowing the above culture soil with crop seeds.
