APPARATUS FOR PREHEATING GREEN TIRE

PURPOSE: A green tire preheating apparatus is provided to precisely control the preheating temperature and to prevent the malfunction of communication equipment by restricting the radio frequency generated when preheating a green tire. CONSTITUTION: A pair of bead rings(20) are formed at a center of a body(1). A bead section(50) of a green tire(5) is rested on the bead rings(20). The bead rings(20) are rotated by a motor(2). A plurality of heating coils(10) are provided at an outer portion of the bead section(50). A heating coil(12) is installed at a peripheral portion of a thread portion(51) of the green tire(5). A radio frequency generator(4) is connected to the heating coils(10,12) so as to apply the radio frequency power to the heating coils(10,12). A pressure supplying pipe(21) is installed at one of the bead rings(20) in order to supply pressure into the green tire(5).
