<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a culture plate with frozen and anchorage dependent animal cells from which the cells are not peeled off during thawing, capable of maintaining a high cell survival rate, provide a method for producing the same and a method for applying the same. SOLUTION: This method for producing a cell added base plate is to culture anchorage dependent animal cells on a culture base plate, cool the culture plate to a temperature range of 0-10 deg.C, exchange the medium to a freezing medium containing a cryoprotective agent with keeping the cooling temperature and stand for the plate, subsequently remove the freezing medium, further cool the plate and obtain the cell added culture base plate added with anchorage dependent animal cells adhered to the culture surface.</p> |
