PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a worked fish-paste product composed of a combination of plural parts and accordingly eatable by separating the product into each piece with chopsticks or fork, and provide a method for producing the fish-paste product. SOLUTION: The worked fish-paste product composed of plural parts is produced by separately forming the parts heat-treated to be eatable as it is, arranging the parts according to the pattern of the product to keep the mutual position of the parts and weakly bonding the arranged parts to an extent to enable the picking of each part with chopsticks, or the like. The obtained fish- paste product is conveniently servable anytime and anywhere without necessitating the troublesome operations such as cutting with a knife. |
