PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for freezing by which large-scale production of a juice ice can efficiently be carried out, a method for freezing by which the juice ice of good quality without unevenness of quality can be provided, and a method for freezing by which long-term preservation without being accompanied by lowering of quality can be performed, and a freezing apparatus using the methods for freezing. SOLUTION: The freezing apparatus comprises an ice manufacturing means 19 composed of an ice manufacturing can body 20 and a bottom plate 22 for producing the juice ice, a cold and heat feeding means 30 for feeding cold and heat to the ice manufacturing means 19, a pump means 38, a pallet part 23 and a control part which is not shown. |
