PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frozen dessert production system that allows for force- feeding sauce smoothly and safely and also simplifying the whole construction including sauce containers. SOLUTION: This frozen dessert production system has a sauce force feed unit 2 which includes an air compressor 51, closed vessels 53A to 53C for exchangeably housing sauce containers 54, and pressure sensors 93A to 93C for detecting the respective air pressures in the closed vessels, and a control unit, wherein the sauce force feed unit 2 works as follows: the air pressure in each of the closed vessels is raised by the air compressor to apply air pressure to the sauce container to force-feed sauce, and the control unit, based on the output from each of the pressure sensors, runs a specified informing action when the inside of the closed vessel comes to a specified abnormally high pressure.
