PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control an imaging position of a fluoroscopic image more appreciably by visualizing an anatomic position of the fluoroscopic image more clearly. SOLUTION: A medical imaging system has an X-ray tube 20 for radiating X rays, a fluoroscopic device 26 for shooting a fluoroscopic image, a radiographic device 42 for shooting a radiographic image, switching mean 38 and 33 for switching over the fluoroscopic device and the radiographic device, a CPU 36 for determining a relative position between the fluoroscopic image and the radiographic image, and a display 39 for displaying the fluoroscopic image and the radiographic image in a superposed relation ensuring the determined relative position.
