PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical treatment assisting device for easily grasping a site to the treated in a medical treatment and smoothly performing the medical treatment. SOLUTION: The medical treatment assisting device is provided with an endoscope having a first inserting part which consists of an observing part (22) for obtaining the observation image signal of a subject and of a first position detecting means (23) for detecting at least the position of a tip, a first inserting tool which consists of a second inserting part and of a second position detecting means (24) for detecting the inserting position of the second inserting part, a first arithmetic means (29) for obtaining position relation between the tip of the endoscope and the first inserting part based on position information from the first and second position detecting means and a synthesizing means (33) for synthesizing an endoscope image obtained based on the observation image signal with the inserting position of the second inserting part as an image based on the arithmetic result of the first arithmetic means and displaying and outputting it. |
