PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a needle holding forceps provided with a forceps mechanism and having superior suture workability and operability in the forceps suturing through a celoscope with a needle and having its short tip jaw part arbitrarily bending approximately perpendicularly. SOLUTION: This needle holding forceps for surgically suturing through a celoscope is provided with a forceps shaft 16, a tip shaft 25 provided in the tip of the forceps shaft and arbitrarily bendable approximately perpendicularly to the forceps shaft, the jaw 1 disposed projecting from the tip shaft, shafts 22 and 4 connected to the jaw 1 and rotatably stored in the tip shaft and the forceps shaft, jaw opening/closing means 5, 6, and 2 opening/closing the jaw 1, jaw rotating means 9, 4, and 22 rotating the jaw 1, bending means 14, 13, and 12 for arbitrarily bending the tip shaft 25 to approximately perpendicularly to the forceps shaft, and shaft rotating means 17, 20, and 16 rotating the tip shaft 25. |
