PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analysis method and device for reaction waveform information, and a biological diagnostic device that are applicable to a diagnosis of the human organism and the like. SOLUTION: The analysis method for reaction waveform information on a skin acquired by skin impedance measurement using a voltage of a given frequency has a first process for determining a current value at a start of polarization by the voltage application, a second process for determining a current value a prescribed time after the polarization start, a third process for determining a current value (NT value) after the end of the polarization, a fourth process for determining a difference (A value) between the current value at the polarization start and the current value the prescribed time after the polarization start, a fifth process for determining a difference (B value) between the current value the prescribed time after the polarization start and the NT value, and a sixth process for analyzing the reaction waveform information on the skin with the use, as parameters, of three values, or ratios A/B (=ES value) and B/A (=IS value) between the A value and the B value determined in the forth process and the fifth process respectively, and the NT value. |
