PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air cleaner whose high voltage unit part which is the heaviest component and has a large outside dimension is disposed and fixed by making effective use of the housing space inside the main body. SOLUTION: This air cleaner is provided with a frame 4 having an air sucking part and an air blowing part which are divided with a partition wall 18 and a fan motor 8 and in the housing space 17 which is formed between the frame 4 and the wall 18 and in which a dust collecting electrode unit 16 is fit, the high voltage unit part 27 of the unit 16 is disposed and fixed.
