PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peritoneum dialyzate which is used for a peritoneum dialysis therapy for curing renal insufficiency and by which as decrease in amount of water removal is not generated and remaining of sodium is hardly generated in comparison with the conventional one, plethora does not occur and blood pressure can be well controlled and such a problem as hyponatremia caused by excess removal of sodium is not generated. SOLUTION: The peritoneum dialyzate in which sodium ions are 116-119 or 125-128 mEq/L and a unique relation exists between the concentration and glucose concentration is provided.
