PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat plate-punching machine capable of preventing a long gripper margin 7 from clogging at a discharging part. SOLUTION: A flat plate punching machine provided with a press part pressing a designated die on material to be punched, a stripping part removing non- product part from the pressed material to be punched with leaving a product part and the gripper margin, a knock off part cutting off the product from the gripper margin, a delivery part storing the product part cut off by the knock off part, a gripper margin discharging part discharging the gripper margin having the product part cut off, a conveying means conveying the material to be punched to the press part, the stripping part and the delivery part in order, and a transferring means transferring the gripper margin having the product part cut off to the gripper part discharging part, is provided with a gripper margin processing means in which the gripper margin discharging part bends the gripper margin transferred by the transferring means in order and discharges the same with guiding the same toward the ground.
