PURPOSE: A method and a system for managing a position and a system for providing location information are provided to accurately and effectively track the location of a mobile station moved together with a mobile body such as a train or a bus at a low cost and offer the future location of the mobile station to the third party. CONSTITUTION: A user inputs a desired mobile station ID number in a client terminal. The client terminal transmits the request of location information about a mobile station including the mobile station ID number to a location server through a location information server(50A). The location server transmits the request of driving information of a mobile body(2) corresponding to the mobile station to a mobile body information server(40A). The location information server(50A) acquires information from a driving management device(30). Location information of the mobile station acquired by the location information server(50A) is transmitted to the client terminal.
