PURPOSE: An octopus pot is provided to prevent the contact of sea water and cement, thus preventing the sea water from being contaminated, and to enable the use of sand instead of the cement. CONSTITUTION: In the known octopus pot having a cement charge part, a container(31), which is charged with cement, and which is formed with a cement charge hole and a center insert guide hole, is integrally mounted inside a holding part(50) by using a blow molding method, with the cement charge container being surrounded by the holding part formed outside the pot.
