PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely and quickly performing a postmortem search, and arrang ing and delivering components for a clain by instantaneously sending a written of a claim research from a portable terminal device, when receiving a claim processing related to a game machine. SOLUTION: Data of the 'written request for the claim research' sent from PHS(Personal Handyphone System) 4 is received via a modem 6 provided in a business office. A server 8 of the business office sends the 'written request for the claim research' to a claim control server 16 of the head office and also writes a 'search result of claim history' sent from the claim control server 16 onto the 'written request for the claim research'.
