PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical treatment instrument capable of easily and surely holding, fixing, releasing, pulling, and collecting a tissue and an organ. SOLUTION: This endoscopic treatment instrument is provided with a flexible sheath, an operation wire having a treatment part opened when the tip side projects from the sheath, and an operation means for driving the operation wire. In this instrument a ratchet mechanism of the operation means can mechanically hold and fix the organ and the treatment part plane of the operation wire has an appropriate angle so as to fasten and release it, while observing the treatment part loop from the frontal view on the endoscope screen. |
