PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate a thermally denatured degree and enable to determine ovomucoid, and enable identification and precise determination of egg allergen. SOLUTION: This monoclonal antibody recognizes ovomucoid and reacts with undenatured ovomucoid, but does not react with thermally denatured ovomucoid or reacts with thermally denatured ovomucoid, but does not react with undenatured ovomucoid or reacts with undenatured ovomucoid and thermally denatured ovomucoid. A hybridoma group produces the monoclonal antibody.
