PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for positioning and fixing a pallet, which enables at least three sets of positioning-fixing parts of the pallet to be positioned vertically and horizontally with high accuracy, respectively, in at least three sets of positioning-fixing parts on the side of a base body. SOLUTION: The device 1 for positioning and fixing the pallet 2 has four sets of the positioning fixing parts 4 which are provided in the base body 3, and four sets of parts 5 to be positioned and fixed which are provided in the pallet 2. Each of the parts 4 has a receiving surface 24 which is formed in a reference body 10, a tapered shaft part 26, and a clamp means. Each of the parts 5 has a bush 13 which is fitted into a housing hole 2a of the pallet 2, an abutting surface 63 which is the under surface of the bush 13, a tapered collet 14 which is elastically urged downward by a coned disc spring 66, and a filler 16 which is infilled for curing into a gap between the outer peripheral surface of the bush 13 and the wall surface of the housing hole 2a.
